Drew spent seven years playing professional ball in the Cincinnati Reds & Tampa Bay Rays organization. Following his retirement, he founded DiamondFit Performance in 2011.
Lindhorst has a Master’s degree in Exercise Science, is certified by the National Strength and Conditioning Association as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS), and is in his third year at DiamondFit. (more…)
Moore has a Master’s degree in Athletic Coaching Education, is certified through the NSCA as a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and certified by USA Weightlifting as a Club Coach.

Austin was drafted in the fourth round to the White Sox organization in 2014. He spends his off season as a catching instructor.
Graduated from Permian High School in 2011, went to play one year at Cisco College in Texas and made an appearance in the Junior College World Series. Transferred to NC State, was on the 2013 world series team.
Born in Raleigh, Peterson graduated from Sanderson H.S. in 2008. He then went on to play collegiate baseball with Pitt Community College. Peterson signed with the Kansas City Royals in 2012 and spends his off season following our training program as well providing pitching instruction to our members.
Daniel Caldwell was a standout pitcher at NC State and left the university having pitched in more games than any other pitcher in program history. After college, Daniel signed a professional contract with the Chicago Cubs and played professionally for five seasons.
There are two internship positions available for each academic semester. This internship is highly interactive with coaches and athletes. The intern will have an opportunity to work with a wide array of skill levels including youth, high school, collegiate, and professional athletes. Overall this internship is a nationally competitive program designed to prepare young professionals for an entry level strength and conditioning position.
