Justin Meng; M.Ed, PES, CSCS
Assistant Sports Performance Coach

What do you enjoy most about coaching?
The part I enjoy most about coaching is seeing your athlete succeed. When you work with an athlete and help them from the ground up, the feeling you get when you see the hard work of that athlete pay off is tremendous.

Who is your favorite type of client to work with?
I enjoy working with all types of clients!

In which area do you excel the most in your job?
I think that one of my greatest strengths is being flexible in the way I communicate with an athlete. No athlete is alike, and I think it is paramount to be able to relay information efficiently and not be hard headed in your coaching manner.
