Athletic physical performance can be measured in the body's safe ability to execute movements with precision, explosiveness, endurance, and power. These movements are ubiquitous across all sports with some giving greater focus to areas than others. With that said, there is a universal importance to enhance the overall strength of the athlete across a comprehensive set of movements for that athlete to safely perform at their peak.
