Speed Development Program
In addition to our foundational Strength Training Program, our Speed Development Program utilizes our High Performance Treadmill to enhance agility and correct movement. This translates to increased performance on the field and improves speed and overall skill across all sports. We use high speed and high incline as part of our Speed Development Program to force our athletes into correct positioning for power generation during a run or sprint. Our Speed Development Program focuses on improving coordination, agility, accuracy, and balance. We also work to raise the anaerobic threshold of our athletes so they can perform at a higher level for longer periods of time. Overall, you will experience greater speed and power output, which will help elevate you to a new level of athletic performance.
