What do you enjoy most about coaching?I enjoy coaching because it allows me to help mold the future generation both physically and mentally.
Who is your favorite client to work with?I typically like to work more with the high school, and college athletes but I also enjoy mixing it up with the younger groups from time to time.
In which area do you excel the most in your job?I excel best at having a presence in the weight room due to my inability to be anything other than loud.
When did you start working for DiamondFit Performance?
I started at DiamondFit Performance in August of 2016 and officially became part of the team on November 14th, 2016.
What sports have you played?I played high school soccer, tennis, and football. In college, I played 4 years of club soccer and 2 years as a practice player for the women’s varsity soccer team.

I went to Garner Magnet High School and graduated 3rd in my class back when I was smart. In high school, I played 4 years of soccer and tennis and 2 years of football where I was awarded all-conference in soccer 3 times, all-region in soccer once, and all-conference in tennis once. I played 4 years of club soccer in college as well as 2 years as a practice player for the women’s varsity soccer team.
I graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill with a degree in Exercise and Sport Science through the Fitness Professional track.
